Despite the many successes of the past decade, homelessness continues to remain an ugly stain on the American experience. Big cities are finding it harder to bear the entire response. We believe that small towns can gain greatly by participating in that response. Let us tell you how one affluent community in CT did it.
Building a response to homelessness requires leadership. We hope to inspire, encourage, and guide Town leaders to build a response system that tackles local needs with local resources.
